This stunning two storey property was carefully restored using traditional building methods , Lime re-pointing ,New sliding sash windows and shutters. The project included two new side extensions and a modern extension to the rear with basement.

Situated in the heart of Temple Bar We restored this landmark Hotel in 2018. The Project consisted of a complete refurbishment of Ground floor reception area formerly Tgi Fridays.
The basement renovation included a complete demolition of old nightclub and the new construction of a modern bright breakfast area with new bathrooms. We also refurbished the existing O' Sullivans Bar into New "Bar 1920"

This modern family home with spectacular views over Dublin bay was complete in 2017. Built on an incline site, The access to the site was a challenge but the project was completed on time, The stone seen in image is reclaimed stone from the site.
